This artistic house is built near the edge of the lake on a two acre property,with part of the lake meandering into the garden,It is located in Kayapuram village between Kochi and Alleppey,The house is designed to enjoy the glorious sunrise and the panoramic view of the lake from the bedrooms,courtyard,living and dining (URL HIDDEN) house is ideal for people who would like to just relax and enjoy the calm.
We have a wide variety of migratory birds and butterflies that visit here from Pathiramanal,an island with a bird sanctuary across our property.

We are part of Kayipuram village and you can see village life in interior Kerala.We have few temples nearby which are beautifully lit in the evenings.Kumarakom is directly across the lake.Pathiramanil bird sanctuary is an island 10 minutes away by boat.
There are a number of resorts near the house as well across the lake.
Alleppey town is 25 minutes by taxi and Marari beach is 20 minutes away bt taxi/auto.
If you book a houseboat it can come and and pick you up from the house,
