The space
Le Studio is the upstairs studio apartment of the Guest House at Sunlight SeaScape. It is private and self-contained. Come enjoy clean air, clean water, clean land as we all do our part to steward the land and conserve our precious resources.
Sunlight Seascape is located on 3/4 acre of garden area, grassy areas and decks, at the end of a lovely neighborhood street. There is a walking path to the community beach.

Their characteristics include respect for the neighbors, watchful of traffic, slow driving, parking according to guidelines, attendance to quiet hours after 10:00 pm, an awareness of smoke and burn bans, appropriate garbage and recycle disposal, their respectful use of furniture and furnishings including bedding, linens and towels and the respectful and appropriate use of our community beach and other accesses along Sunlight Beach. Guests will call before their arrival for details regarding the beach access.
