Oak Hill is a quiet town 2.5 hours north of NYC. The Yellow Deli, I.U. Tripp Antiques, Hort & Pott, Grey Fox Bluegrass Festival, Mattice- three shops-within-a-shop are all within walking distance from the house. SUMMER- access to hiking trails, mountain biking, golf, antiquing, Zoom Flume Water Park and local farmer markets. Howe Caverns and
Cooperstown are within an hour's drive. A creek in the back with hammocks to lie on for relaxing. WINTER-20 minutes to Windham/35 to Hunter.

The space
Downstairs is a bedroom that sleeps two comfortably and living room with a daybed and sofa that can sleep one each. The upstairs has two bedrooms that each sleep two comfortably. The house can be used by two separate families that want to vacation together and want to have their own space at the end of the day. Both upstairs and downstairs have a kitchen and bathroom.

Guest access
Access is available throughout the house except for two mechanical rooms.

Other things to note
There is a gas grill for barbecuing. The TV downstairs has Roku with it.
