Apartment is new, modern and spacious, with one bedroom and a large living room with a sofa-bed. Ideal for one couple, but comfortably fits 4 people.
The kitchen is integrated and complete, and the balcony has a beautiful panoramic view to the sea, and an external shower.
It is located in a quiet street, between Leblon and Vidigal, 10 minutes walking from Leblon, in Rio. There you can find the finest restaurants and bars!

Apartment in the top of my house with a totally independent entrance. Very clean and everything new, with an incredible view of the sea and the forest behind the apt.
Kitchen integrated with the living room. One room with a big bed and another sofa-bed in the living room.
Ideal for couples and friends who want to spend some days near the beach in Rio.
Very close to nature, you can hear the birds and the ocean waves in the morning!

We take good care of all the equipments in the loft, and each time a guest leaves, during the cleaning we change all sheets and pillow cases, etc. We take every measure needed to keep the apartment extremely clean and sanitized.

10 minutes walk to Leblon neighborhood and beach, where there are many restaurants, cafes and shopping. The best area of the city. Its also very close to Ipanema, 10 minutes by bus. You can view Ipanema from the apartment.

It's in front of Hotel Sheraton Rio Resort, where you can find restaurants. The apartment is located at a nice residential street that runs parallel to Avenida Niemeyer, called Estrada do Vidigal. Although it's not in the favela, it's important to note that it is close to the Vidigal Community, that is safe and pacified, and is famous for it's nights and bars with beautiful views, there is a lot of tourism there also. By no means the proximity is a bad thing, it's completely safe. We've been living here for 25 years and never had any problem.

At Av. Niemeyer there is public transport such as bus and taxi. You can also call a Taxi or Uber to the Hotel in front. The nearest subway station is in Leblon.

About us: I live with my husband and my 22 year old daughter, (who speaks english fluently), we can help with anything such as tips for restaurants, supermarket, tourist points. Take the bags up and down the stair, etc. I am a super host for more than 10 years now and would like to provide you the best experience!

Neighborhood highlights

Nice and quiet street with beautiful houses, some with an incredible architecture. Beachfront, 10 minutes from leblon, where there are a lot of bars and restaurants. Its important to note that there are not so much commercial places very near the place. But walking 10 minutes you get to leblon or 5 minutes to Vidigal, where there are stores.
Another important thing to note is that the place is located near the community of Vidigal. By no means that is a bad thing, it is a very safe area.
