The Studio is a cozy space in a remodeled farm-house and is your home away from home while you explore the Finger Lakes. The perfect home base for your Finger Lakes exploration. Steps away from The Stonecat Cafe, featuring delicious locally sourced food and beverages and specialty seasonal cocktails. Boat launch and lake access located minutes away at Smith Memorial Park.

The space
The Studio features a queen size bed, dining table, kitchenette, microwave, small refrigerator, coffee maker, dish-ware and sink/counter area. Newly renovated modern bathroom. The perfect home-base for couples or solo travelers seeking to explore the region.

Guest access
You will have full access to the Studio and screened in front porch. Parking available in the front and right side of the house with extra parking in the the grassy area marked for employees.

Other things to note
The Guest House Studio has a smart TV, Wifi and Netflix for your use

The Stonecat Cafe, directly next door to the guest house, occasionally hosts live music (which may be audible from the guest house).
