The property is located in a very quiet portion of the wine country. It is far enough away
from it all to offer the peace and tranquility of nature, yet close enough to all of the wineries that you feel you’re in the thick of the wine experience. There is a gorgeous vineyard next to the property.

The house features 4 large bedrooms capable of accommodating multiple families. It also has a large living room uniquely designed for comfort a feeling of home-away-from-home.
It is fully furnished to make you feel that this is your home while spending time in wine country. This is a home you want to return to after a day on one of Temecula’s world-renowned golf courses, or after spending the day jaunting across the local countryside.

Surrounding the home, the property offers activities for your friends and family to enjoy. Just outside the house is a mere 29-acre playground for walks/hikes, mountain biking, and kite flying. At night the sky comes to life for those of you stargazers who need as little ambient city light in order to see those celestial bodies with clarity. You can enjoy the property but NOT camp on on it.

Immediately outside the sliding back door is area with ping pong table and two tables set up for outside entertaining.
Adjacent to the house is a pool with a contemporary deck space that beckons the kid in you to play or lay in the sun or do that moonlit night swim.

Just below the house level you will find a picturesque area with plenty of space for entertaining.

We do not allow any type of fraternity or sororities parties. No parties or Weddings.
Great house for bachelorette weekends. Retreats are welcome as long as guests count is within our limits.

Reservations over 5 guests, there will be an additional
charge of $ 40 per day.

No loud music with amplified speaker allowed outside the house ( very strict ) There are cameras outside on the property for security purposes. Tampering with them will result in a fine if damaged.

Our house is located in “THE COUNTRY” ...please understand that you may see a country mouse when on our property. We do all we can to make sure that they stay outside but unfortunately cannot guarantee when previous guests leave doors open or these little critters find their way into our beautiful home.

Pool is NOT heated.
NO PET policy

We are in the country please be aware of that when renting our home.

Guest access
The access to the house is thru the laundry door. we will give you the access code prior to checking in.

Other things to note
No loud music with speaker allowed outside the house. No smoking of any type in the house, near house or our TENT. If you do and we need to clean it. Will result in a $500 + cleaning fee. No exceptions
There are cameras on the outside of the home. Ring doorbell. Tampering with these can result in a charge if damaged.
