3 bedroom, 2 bath 1940's house 2 blocks off main street. House entirely remodeled with new appliances, kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. Enjoy the weekend in the Hill Country then relax at the house and fun backyard.

1940's cottage 2 blocks off main street. Fully updated and remodeled with new bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms. Great, fun location 2 blocks from main street. Relax on the front porch or funky and fun backyard - grill, fireplace and shade - provide a great resting spot from a day in the Hill Country. This is a very nice and upscale house in one of the best locations in Fredericksburg.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire house. Owner lives remotely. You can comfortably have 6 people in the house, but can squeeze up to 8. Front porch is a great way to spend the afternoon (swing and rockers) or relax in the backyard with patio, unique fire place / chimenea, and outdoor grill area. There's even a washer pit in the backyard for a friendly game of washers.

Other things to note
PLEASE, No Pet and No smoking on entire property.

No parties or events are permitted at this house.

We simply ask that you treat this house as you would your own. We have invested much time and expense in making this a nice place for our guests and would simply ask for your respectful consideration.
