After some initial difficulties trying to establish contact, we had a great stay in this large apartment. We loved the space - there are TWO seating areas! - , the beds, the view, the fact that it had wifi and it was nice and warm.
The location of course is excellent for skiing in Alpe d'Huez, and it was fantastic that we could book it for only 3 mid-week nights in the middle of a school holiday.
What let the place down really was the bathroom. The way into the apartment is through the bathroom. Not only that, but you can't stand up in the shower and there is only a very tiny hand-basin, so we had to use the kitchen sink for brushing our teeth etc.
The fridge is also in the bathroom, not great when you have teenagers and you want to make a cup of tea or dinner but you can't access the fridge because they're having a shower!
I would say that the fridge for us was too large, as we were only there for a few days, I would have preferred a smaller fridge which would fit in the kitchen under the wooden shelf.
It is a little disconcerting to be on the loo or in the shower and hoping that no-one will come to your 'front-door' as there is only a thin little curtain to shield you.
Our teenagers had to bring school-work and we had to re-arrange the lights to give them enough light to work by at the table, the place could maybe do with some more lights just for by the table.
We moved the TV downstairs as we preferred to sit in the bigger of the two seating areas, I think the telly should live there permanently!
The low beam in the mezzanine bedroom could possibly be covered in something soft as we kept on hitting our heads on it.
All in all minor conveniences really, but we wouldn't like to be there with more than 4 people on account of the bathroom.
We briefly met Thierry and Nuria who were very very nice and we do wish them all the best for the future!
We had a great time! The Appartement is very close to alpe huez. It's a lovely place with everything you need. Only the use of the shower is a little complicated when you are too tall;-) But everything else was fine!
Brilliant location for anyone wanting to go cycling or skiing in the area. House is well equipped for up to 6 people too. What a view!
Excellent séjour dans ce petit appartement. Thierry et Nuria sont super accueillants et font tout pour que le séjour se passe au mieux. Nous avons passé de très bons moments en leur compagnie. La station de ski est à une vingtaine de minutes.
The apartment is in a picturesque, quiet location within easy reach of Alpe d'Huez. We had a lovely week here after a warm welcome from Nuria.
Location absolutely stunning, place very neat and tidy. Host very friendly. We were very tempted to stay longer. Highly recommended.

Hi,we are a Spanish/Belgian couple.Together with our son of 4 we live partly in France and in Spain. We love the mountains and the outdoors and try to spend as much time as possible in our house in France.
If we're not enjoying the mountains we most likely are in Spain (Gerona) where I work as an airline pilot.
We took a lot of pleasure and pride in renovating our house and look forward to meeting our guests. We will do our utmost best to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
