The space
This PRIVATE guest room with parking has two beds (full & twin) for up to 2 ADULT ONLY guests. This guest room shares the breakfast area and bathroom with guests in another room. There are 4 guest rooms in the house.

We are located in the Flagami neighborhood, close to MIA airport, but not within walking distance. Please see our "Neighborhood Highlights" section for detailed information.

Luggage dropoff allowed anytime before check-in and after check-out, but early check-in or late check-out are not available. This is a self check-in place, so if you think you will not be able to follow instructions to enter the house yourself without assistance (using an access code for the electronic lock), please do not book with us.

The house is on the ground floor, with just a couple of steps. Our units have lockable doors, Wi-Fi, TV with local channels, bed linens, pillows, blankets, towels, hair dryer, safe, iron, beach towels. Liquid soap and shower gel are provided in the bathroom (not shampoo). Coffee and tea are available, along with a coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator. Central air conditioning is controlled by the hosts and maintained at 74F/23°C (units do not have individual air conditioning equipment and opening windows are not recommended due to exterior humidity). Friendly cats are present in the common areas of the house.

Neighborhood highlights

We are located in the Flagami neighborhood, about a 10-15 minute drive from MIA Airport and about a 20-30 minute drive from the cruise port on Dodge Island in downtown Miami. Uber and Lyft are the best way to get around Miami at any time and the only reliable way to get to and from the airport from our location. Please check "W Flagler St and NW 67th Ave" on a map app before booking as we are just steps away from this intersection but not that close to the location shown on AirBnB, which is approximate and not exact. It will also help you see restaurants/grocery stores in the area, check public transportation (buses 11 and 73), and calculate Uber/Lyft fares to your destination. We are NOT close to the tourist destinations of Miami.
