I have lived in this area since I was 9 years old (moving from Escondido, CA). My husband, Rusty, has lived in this area all his life. We met through friends and from there our friendship grew. We were married October 2002. We love the mountains and all it offers; fresh air, clean rivers & lakes, beautiful landscape, & never-ending places to explore. We enjoy hiking, backpacking & using our 4WD truck on the back high-country roads. We purchased our property in 2012 for the towering cedar and pine trees, and year-round Nelder Creek just down our lane. We are happy with our location & want to share it with you. We would love to have you to visit. ~ Renae Smith
