Apartment is situated in the center of place Marina,between Šibenik and Split, only 60 m from sea,on the first floor of completely refurbished stone house in vicinity of all services. Balcony is overlooking sea and vibrant place center. If you're arriving with a car there's a private parking by the house on your disposal. If you don't like to cook or you just want to relax ,there're restaurants on your door step.It is fully equipped self - catering apartment with all amenities you could need.

The space
While you are staying here , you' ll be alone, no other guests or owners in house.
Apartment is fully equipped and it consists of: one bedroom (double bed) with bathroom ( shower and basin) , separate toilet , kitchen with living room (pull away Ikea bed for two persons ) and dining room from where you exit to balcony that gives you partial view to sea and center . There is fenced private parking lot for one car with additional space with washing machine. Ground floor is closed for use( it is used as storage by the nearby coffee bar).

Apartment is suitable for families with small children, young couples and seniors. The owners live only 60 m away and are there for anything you may need. There's no grill but you can use it in owner's house.

Marina center is old part of the place distingueshed by old stone houses sourrounding main square. Few times during seasson , summer festivities take place on the square. Place is great as a base for active vacation since it is close to major dalmatian towns , national parks, islands, and famous sightseeing.
Only 15 km away from Split airport where we can pick you up and take straight to the apartment.
