Downstairs are 3 bedrooms. 2 with queen beds and one large with 2 single beds and seating.

In-ground fenced-in private heated pool ( 40' x 20') sits atop the property with breathtaking views while you swim and soak in the rays. Very private and serene. Large cambara deck with outdoor dining table and chairs, bbq grill facing the mountain range. Cabana, hammock , loungers , cedar decking by pool side.

Guest access
Guess have access to private heated in ground pool, the 10 acres of property and all amenities. Pool season starts May 30th and ends on September 30th
We provide all the linens/ towels, paper towels, dish cloths, shampoo/ soap , detergents etc
The kitchen is stocked with spices, cooking oils, a mini food processor, crock pot, baking trays, blender, Drip, French press and stove top coffee makers, kettle, pots, pans, mixing bowls, utensils, plates etc.
Other things to note
The pool is maintained once a week and the lawn mowed once in 2 weeks.
There is a $200 deposit for heating pool The pool heating is billed at $16/hr
$75 per pet , please notify number of pets. Max 2
and our meter reading is generated every week. The heating costs will be deducted from the deposit or can be paid directly to owner
Any issues reported during your stay will be attended to immediately and we seek to resolve all issues within 24 hrs.
Garbage cans are on bottom of driveway. There is a Thursday morning pick up. Recycling must go back with the tenants or bagged up like regular garbage
