The space
Lovingly restored beautiful cottage, ideal for a couple, parents of Chapman visitors, or family with one child.

Guest access
Guests will have their own front porch, the entire cottage, and a private porch attached to the living room. There is a private laundry room for guests and a full bathroom with shower. Guests are welcome to park in our long driveway next to our 1930 Model A Ford.

Our cottage is very comfortable for two people, but can sleep a third person on the couch or on the provided twin futon in the living room.

From the host

Old Town Orange is a charming historic district. We are a short walk from many great restaurants, mom&pop cafes, gastropubs, ice-cream parlors, and even Watson's Soda Fountain established in 1899. Old Town Orange is known for its antique shops and vintage stores that surround the Orange Circle, a charming little park in the middle of it all.

Our cottage is walking distance from Chapman University, so it is a great spot for visiting professors or scholars, and visiting parents.

Disneyland is a ten-minute drive away, so this is a perfect place to stay while visiting Disneyland if you want to have your own kitchen and a homey space.

Many beaches are within a twenty-minute drive. You could easily visit Balboa Island, Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Huntington Beach, and the beautiful Crystal Cove State Park. In the opposite direction, we have the hills. There is fantastic hiking just a short drive away (15-20 minutes) in Santiago Canyon and Black Star Canyon.

If you have a small child, our Orange Public Library and the Discovery Cube Science Center are fantastic places to visit, not to mention Disneyland just 5 miles away.
