Exciting news! Snow Riders is expanding their Snow Tubing operation, and there will be construction going on on the adjacent property during the fall into early winter of 2026. This project will be going on during daytime hours on weekdays and should not affect your stay, but you will be able to see it potentially from the home.

Neighborhood highlights
We have some exciting news, during October-December 2022, there will be construction progressing on the lot in front of the home for River Riders' new Tubing hill that will open in the winter of 2023. The rear of the home and hot tub are still private. We hope it will not affect your stay , but you will be able to see the construction progressing and may occasionally hear sounds from the equipment.
We are very excited and hope you enjoy your stay!The home is located just outside the town of Harpers Ferry adjacent to River Riders Family Adventure Resort and convenient to US Rt 340. River Riders and School House Ridge Battlefield of Harpers Ferry National Park are all within reasonable walking distance. A trail also leads to the Shenandoah River nearby. Hollywood Casino at Charles Town is 4 miles away. Customs and Boarder Protection Advanced Training Center(CBP ATC) is 1 mile away.
