  • The best host and stay. We are 3 friends meeting after an year or so and we were searching for a place to hibernate as it's winter. Everyone said Cape Cod is not a good idea for winter but we had an amazing time. Charlie was very kind and helpful, he let us use his kitchen and made us delicious breakfast every morning. He is an excellent guide about Cape Cod and if you are interested in History you'll have a good time talking to Charlie.I will highly recommend Charlie's place to all the people on Airbnb.

  • Our stay with Charlie was excellent! He is a gracious host, raconteur, guide to Falmouth and even provider of fireplace wood! He made our anniversary very special by alerting us to a concert--he did so in time for us to snag tickets, and that's a good thing because it sold out.

  • We had a wonderful stay with our granddaughter. Charles was very helpful and accommodating. We had use of a section of the house which was private and comfortable. Would recommend for any one looking for a nice place to stay on Cape Cod.

  • We had a lovely stay with Charles. He was a wonderful host, giving us lots of information on the town and some great recommendations for dinner. The room included a beautiful sitting area that was extremely homey and comfortable. I wish we had been able to stay longer!

  • A lovely house and location at North Falmouth Cape Cod. Charles is a wonderful host and a very interesting person. It was great to have a living room for our use as well as a bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast was enjoyable and there are a couple of good restaurants nearby. It was our first use of Airbnb and we are very impressed so far.

  • Charles was most welcoming to his wonderful home and made our first visit to Cape Cod much more interesting than it would otherwise have been. The area is lovely, the accomodation luxurious and Charles is an excellent host and we would hope to stay with Charles again on our next visit.

  • Beautiful house and great company. Love all the books and it's a short walk to the beach.

  • It would be worth staying with Charlie just for Charlie but the rooms and the location were great as well. It is a particularly good setup for a group of four with two bedrooms in their own wing. Be sure to spend some time on the screen porch!

  • Charles was the perfect host - our stay could not have been better.

He was at the house to meet us when we arrived and provided some great suggestions for exploring the local area - the 20 mile ride along the bikeway is a must! He also provided breakfast the following morning - the BEST blueberry pancakes we have ever eaten!! The rooms are cozy and comfortable and there's a great reading room with an amazing collection of books and magazines to explore!

It was a pleasure to stay with Charles and we hope to be able to return one day.
