Bryniau Barn Holiday Cottage is situated within Eryri National Park (Snowdonia), over looking the Conwy Valley and close to the villages of Llanbedr y Cennin and Rowen. 6 miles from the castle walled town of Conwy, 10 Miles from the picturesque village of Betws y Coed and 8 miles from the market town of Llanrwst. It's a great base to explore the beautiful Conwy Valley, the mountains of Snowdonia and North Wales’ coast. Great for couples and well behaved dogs are very welcome
The space
The cottage is ideal for couples but can sleep up to four people. by using the sofa bed in the front room. I can provide a Single bed that will fit in the bedroom alongside the double bed. There is a travel cot and high chair available for little ones
The property has an open plan kitchen and lounge. The kitchen is well equipped with farmhouse table and chairs, the front room is spacious with two comfy sofas to help you relax, a log burning stove and TV
The door from the kitchen leads to a private patio and access to the back garden which guests are welcome to explore. There is an outside table and chairs and two comfy outdoor chairs
There are some guide books and maps along with other local information to help you plan your stay and some games for those who want a break from technology.
The bathroom sits on a half level and has a modern electric shower, towels and hand soap are provided.
The bedroom has one double bed with an option for a single bed and or travel cot on request. A selection of bedroom furniture including a wardrobe with hangers and a chest of drawers. A hair dryer is provided.
Please note there is a low beam in the bedroom, all will need to duck under to reach the bed.
There is a front patio with bistro table and chairs, great for a morning coffee.

Guests have sole use of the holiday cottage which although is adjacent to my home, it remains very private. There is also a private patio area for guests accessed from the kitchen area, the patio gets the sun into the evening in the summer. The garden is spacious and guests are welcome to wander around and enjoy. There is also off road private parking.
