  • Great location right in campo de fiori market! Easy to walk to all the main sights. The food and nightlife in the area were perfect. The room is very small but given the location, it was worth it. Also the bed is very comfortable. It is loud at night because the room is right on the street, but if you will be going out it won't bother you.

  • The location of the apartment is perfect. It is possible to visit Rome by foot and you are never far away from your place.
The apartment is nice, the kitchenette is small but that's enough to take a breakfast.

  • My husband and I recently stayed in Carlos' flat during our first trip to Rome. The location was perfect, within walking distance of so many attractions. Our favorite part was the amazing flower, fruit and vegetable market right down the street from the flat, in Campo Dei Fiori--such a great area! The flat was very clean but small, and the bathroom is a bit of a hassle with the shower box, but the price and the location definitely make up for it. Bring earplugs for sleeping, as it gets pretty noisy throughout the night. Overall, we would definitely stay at Casa Regola again!

  • Thank you Carlo, for a very pleasent stay at Casa Regola!
My friend and I were greeted at the apartment by Carlo as agreed, and he was so nice and friendly. The location of the apartment is absolutely perfect (!!), in walking distance to all the mandatory sites to see, and there are a million restaurants and cafees almost right outside the door. I have stayed near Termini before, but it was no way near as cozy and nice as this - this is more like Rome! This is definitely the place I want to stay next time I visit.
As others have said before, the noise from the street was quite annoying. We were prepared for it, from reading the reviews here, but were honestly surprised how loud it really was. On the plus side, the bed was so comfortable, that we just stayed in it for a bit longer, and still got our sleep.

All in all, it has been a really good stay, and I can highly recommend this place to everyone.
    Thank you again Carlo.

  • The location of this apartment alone makes it the best place to stay in Rome! We could not believe that we were actually in walking distance of every thing we wanted to see in Rome! It was fantastic considering we were only there for 4 nights. There are plenty of nice restaurants, cafes and bars just at the apartments door step and a 2min walk to the bus stop that can take you to the main train station which we found very convenient! The bed was very comfortable! We were looked after by Carlo very well. He is very kind and considerate and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Rome! Thank you Carlo! We strongly recommend Carlo and his great apartment for anyone staying for a short time in Rome and wanting to see all the sights!

  • Great area! Wonderful recommendation for dinner by Carlo and so close by. He was a gracious host. Area is great for people who (email hidden)ly scene. It can get a little loud at night being so close to the alley.
I would stay again. The market is very fun in the morning!

  • The location is absolutely unbeatable as it was steps away from shops and a market in Campo de Fiori. Carlo was very nice and helped us with our luggage. He helped us get situated before leaving which was excellent. As this suite is on the ground floor next to bars and restaurants, it does get noisy at night when you try to sleep. Would recommend this to anyone!
