Beach-Front dream at a palm tree shaded beach. A/C in all 3 bedrooms. Walking distance to EVERYTHING. Next to Intercultura language school. Best location in Samara.
Up to 7 adults over 3 rooms and 5 beds. Multiple showers and baths as well as outdoor showers for coming in from the beach. RECENTLY RENOVATED!!! NEW KITCHEN AND BATHROOMS!! New photos to come!!
The home is Costa Rican Tico style open-air ocean view/breeze, private hammock porch, and a big yard that opens right up to the beach.
The space
The perfect way to enjoy your experience in Samara, Costa Rica is to stay right on the beach. The soothing sound of ocean waves will renew your spirit. Having a beachside house to rinse off at and change before walking to dinner. This location is as good as it gets!

This is an open-air high ceiling Tico style home with 3 bedrooms and common sitting areas and kitchen. Up to 7 people (or more with toddlers or infants) in 3 bedrooms.
The 1st room (2 people) has ocean view, one King bed, and shares a bath with the 3rd room. The 2st room (3 people) has ocean view, one queen bed, one twin bed, and private bath and shower. The 3rd bedroom (2 people) has two twin beds for additional guests and would share a bath and shower. There is an additional 3rd bath and shower (not heated) in the garage area. Outside are two showers for coming from the beach.
A large front yard with grass meets with the beach. A large back yard allows more room for play.
An expansive front porch has space for hanging out or dining and hammocks for siestas. Multiple indoor and outdoor showers make it easy to come back from the beach and rinse off the sand and saltwater.
Other things to note
Costa Rica requires an additional 13% hotel fee that is not included in the price of this listing. This is on the base nightly rate and is due upon arrival.
Overhead fans are in bedrooms and common areas and we also have wind machine fans that can be used if needed. A/C included in bedrooms.
Please contact us for needs that do not meet the minimum number of nights (when applicable) or are last minute. We may be able to accommodate you depending on the calendar.

Along a palm-lined coast, surf lessons and a calm village feel give this beach town an easygoing, low-key character.

This is a private home on the beach in the heart of Samara. Early morning beach walks are amazing and low tide in Samara is magical. You will get the perfect amount of beach time with this home.
When you've had enough sun, there are plenty of restaurants close by to choose from. Breakfast is available for a small fee or head to Sheriff Rustica which is a great breakfast spot just 100 meters or so away.
All the local hot spots, restaurants, and shopping are right nearby and just a few minutes on foot. We would be happy to make additional recommendations.
Everything you need is within walking distance, including the local tica that bakes muffins and sells them in front at the beach.
Have you always wished you could study spanish? Intercultura language school is directly across the street and offers weekly classes. Private lessons upon request.
