its absolutely comfortable for 3 persons, see the pictures!
Its in Mitte : so close to all historical places, restaurants, Bars, clubs.... and its quite !!!!!!!! if u stand on the balcony u looking to the green and not to other houses , thats really nice i love it

I’m Matthias... living in Berlin in Germany ...and im happy to say to you: welcome in Berlin ! Im subletting my designer apartment ( 1 living room with sleeping sofa, 1 sleeping room, big kitchen and bathroom and SUNNY balcony in the center: in MITTE in Berlin! my apartment is quite in a center close to Rosenthalerplatz, Berliner Wall / Memorial, Mauerpark, close to a lot of bars, restaurants. For all shopping tours : my apartment is a good base: close to Friedrichstrasse, Alexanderplatz, Kastanienallee. Train station S Bahnhof Nordbahnhof, 10 min by walk, subway Rosenthaler Platz 5 min. You will enjoy your stay im sure :-)
