This apartment in the beautiful Florentine Hills of Anforti is a one-bedroom apartment beautifully located in the estate of Villa Ortaglia estate set within the Tuscan rolling hillside , We are at 15mn drive from Florence.

The space
ANFORTI , A double bedroom and a sofa bed, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bathroom with shower and an outdoor terrace. Perfect for 2-4 people.
The apartment is located a 20-minute drive from Florence, and can also be reached by bus line 25 (departing from Pratolino) towards the historic center in Piazza Liberta or by train from Fiesole Caldine station, 6 km away. Strategic location for trekking itineraries and for visiting the Mugello area.
The Space:
The 98 sqm apartment is located within a farmhouse complex dating back to 1600 AD.
It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, plus a cot for a child.
It is the ideal place for couples, friends and families, and is surrounded by greenery. The apartment is on the ground floor, where you will find the living room, kitchen and bathroom. An internal staircase (15 steps) leads to the first room with the sofa bed and another 2 steps take you to the double bedroom. In the rooms you will find a fan and in the kitchen you will find a capsule coffee machine (Nespresso type), a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, as well as sheets, towels, soap, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine in the bathroom. The shared pool with two other apartments is external, unheated, and we provide pool towels. Sun loungers are available by the pool.

Around the house there are walks for nature lovers, as well as for cyclists and motorcyclists.
A short distance from the apartment is the Park of Villa Demidoff,. Adjacent to the Park is the "Parco Avventura Il Gigante" for the amusement of the little ones!
A few kilometers away is the Sanctuary-Convent of Monte Senario, famous for its history. 20 km away is Scarperia with its ancient village and the Mugello Circuit, home to many events and an annual Moto GP race.
In the immediate vicinity (village of Pratolino, 1.6 km from the property) you will find a Coop supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, bank, post office and other services.
