Whether you’re looking for adventure or relaxation, Zeron’s Island provides exclusive access to 8 acres of untouched beauty on 90% of the island with a beautifully landscaped oasis on the other 10% of the island, with no other cabins or people staying on the property—just you, your loved ones, and the great outdoors.

Pontoon Rental Options (Required during the Peak Season Stays (May-October):
• 2023 Bennington Tri-Toon (22’) – Seats 10-12, swim ladder & sun canopy. $400 per night / $2,200 per week
• 2020 Misty Harbor (23’) – Seats 12-14, swim ladder & sun canopy. $300 per night / $1,600 per week
• 2014 Misty Harbor – Seats 10-12, swim ladder & sun canopy. $250 per night / $1,250 per week
Note: A pontoon rental is required for all stays between late May and October. You’re welcome to bring your own boat, but at least one of our pontoons must be rented for the duration of your stay.
Additional Accommodations:
• Historic 1900s Cabin – A partially preserved structure on the island, perfect for extra sleeping space to bring your air mattresses or sleeping bags.
Important Information for Guests:
• Check-in & Check-out: No Saturday check-ins or changeover days.
• Solar-Powered Living: While the cabin runs efficiently on solar, please be mindful of energy usage. A backup generator is available and runs automatically if needed.
• Dishwasher & Laundry Usage: These appliances must only be used during daylight hours to conserve power.
• Cleaning Fee: The home is professionally cleaned before arrival and after checkout. All linens are freshly washed and ready for your stay with beds made.
• Respect for the Property: While we encourage fun and relaxation, wild parties are not allowed. Please treat the island as if it were your own home.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire 8 acre private island, ensuring complete privacy with no other cabins or people on the property.
Other things to note
There is a $200 cleaning fee that all renting groups pay so the home is professionally cleaned before they arrive and after they check out. We provide all linens and they are freshly cleaned and folded in the closest and all beds are made prior to each guests arrival.
