Stay in the heart of historic Grant Park! This stylish, light-filled studio features dedicated off-street parking, a kitchen, a washer/dryer, and original artwork.

We're within walking distance of Grant Park, the Beltline, Zoo Atlanta, Summerhill, restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops.

We're less than a 10-minute drive to Downtown & Midtown, a 15-minute drive to the airport. We are close to MARTA, Mercedes Benz stadium, State Farm arena, and the Atlanta aquarium. Easy access to I-75/85/20.

There is a carport with dedicated guest parking right outside of the apartment.

- Dedicated off-street parking is available for ONE vehicle. Street parking is always available and free for any additional or oversized vehicles.

- There is one security camera outside of the home, capturing the parking area and walkway.

- 2 guest maximum - not suitable for children 10 years of age or younger.

Our studio is walking distance from the Beltline, Zoo Atlanta, Summerhill, GSU Stadium, and historic Oakland Cemetery. We are walking distance of lots of amazing restaurants and breweries. Grant Park is less than four blocks away and has great walking paths and playgrounds. If you are here on the weekends, Grant Park is home to one of the best farmers markets in Atlanta on Sunday morning.

Grant Park is less also than 10 minutes by car to Downtown, Midtown, Inman Park, Old Fourth Ward, East Atlanta, and Downtown.
