We are a historic space on a working organic vegetable farm offering cozy accommodations. Easy access to trails, mountains, lakes. Our home is just the place to relax in a beautiful rural setting. Located on the same street as the Barn at Moody Mountain Farm wedding venue, and 9 miles to quaint and vibrant Wolfeboro.

The space
With early 1900's charm nestled in the lakes region of NH, the space offers comfortable accommodations with rejuvenation and convenience in mind. The feel of the former grange hall roots you in a deep sense of place, history, and community while providing a peaceful setting. Surrounded by a working organic farm and permaculture homestead with organic gardens of fruits, vegetables, and flowers to enjoy. Inspiring setting with welcoming neighbors. Quiet nights with clear skies to see the stars. Nearby stunning views of the lakes and mountains.

There are two bedrooms, each on the 3rd floor. One offers a King bed, couch, desk, and meditation nook by the window to enjoy. The second bedroom is adjacent, and offers a queen bed, morning sun, and floor space for an air mattress or pack-and-play/travel crib.

Because we believe that sleep is one of the main pillars of health, the beds are comfortable to ensure a restful and rejuvenating night of sleep. We use only ORGANIC linens and non-toxic cleaners.

The second floor has a kitchen and open hall/living/dining room with a couch, futon, dining room table perfect for sit down meals, and space to stretch out. The bathroom is also on this floor.

1st floor has a separate entrance and is off limits to guests. This floor started out as a general store in 1904 and then grew into an antique shop, known as McDuffee's Antiques.

Guest access
Enjoy the inspiration of the landscape in the backyard sitting area while you sip on your morning coffee or tea. The outdoor table makes for a perfect sunny morning breakfast or sunset dinner.

Grab a book from our collection and relax outdoors or curl up on the couch.

Nearby trails to walk/hike/run/snowshoe and cross-country ski. Trails are within walking distance, or a short drive will bring you to the Ossipee Mountains.

Enjoy a swim just a short drive away at one of the many lakes or ponds.

Stretch out and relax with a yoga mat.
