The space
The farmhouse has 3 bedrooms. There are 3 bathrooms. Farmhouse has a Private Pool, BBQ and BBQ area. The farmhouse has a fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV and DVD player, and Free Wi-Fi. The farmhouse is equipped with Airconditioning units (pay by consumption).

Ta' Happin Farmhouse is a 200-year old renovated farmhouse situated in the quiet village of Xaghra. The building in its early years was used as an animal driven mill. In fact the big arches of the milling room are a main feature of what is today the living room. In the past the first floor rooms were used as wheat and clover storage rooms.

The plan of the farmhouse consists of a pool/bbq area as you enter. The pool is situated in front of a large living room which leads to the kitchen. A bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor with an internal staircase leads up to the first floor to two other bedrooms with ensuite shower room and an ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi respectively.

Most of the furniture is antique furniture which gives the farmhouse a rustic feeling that takes you back in time.

The farmhouse is set in a quiet residential area of the village. Shops for daily needs are at 2 minute walking distance and restaurants/bars are situated at 10 minute walking distance from the farmhouse. The farmhouse is at 5 minutes car drive from Ramla Bay. Bus stop is at 2 minute walk from the house.

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house, ensuring privacy and comfort throughout your stay. The space is fully equipped for short term visits and ideal for both leisure and business travelers.

IMPORTANT:

The farmhouse is equipped with Airconditioning units (pay by consumption, Coin operated) which can also be used for heating if needed.  Quilts and/or blankets are supplied.

Please note that this farmhouse is a self catering accommodation meaning that guests will take care of any daily needs by themselves which can be easily bought from the nearby supermarkets/grocery shops. Selected toiletry / cleaning supplies are provided only for the initial day.

Smoking is not allowed in the building, but permitted only in the outside area.
Events cannot be organized.
Pets are not permitted.

Malta Government Environmental Contribution: applies to persons 18yrs or older, €1.50c x person x number of nights (Maximum charge of €22.50 per continuous stay.)

Rates quoted are for 7 night stays, for stays of less than 7 nights rate may vary.
