This rental offers exclusive, unshared access to the ground-level of our unique, three-story home. Your private unit is entirely yours, with no shared spaces, ensuring a tranquil and uninterrupted stay.
There is another rental located on the 2nd and 3rd floors, also with its own private entrance and no shared areas. This upper unit is accessed via a stairway at the back of the home, maintaining complete privacy for all guests.

- Exotic Delights: Lilikoi (passionfruit), ulu (breadfruit), white pineapple, dragon fruit, pink guava, suriname cherries, and figs
- Culinary Herbs: Lemongrass, kaffir lime, ginger, and turmeric
- Our organic vegetable and herb gardens, grown using permaculture and Korean natural farming methods, are nestled near a charming grove of banana trees. Availability depends on the season and nature’s rhythm—thank you for your understanding.

Other things to note
~ Your bedroom is directly below the upstairs kitchen that is also a vacation rental. There is a white-noise machine in the bedroom as a sound 'buffer" but if you do not want to hear any other humans, this might not be the vacation spot for you.
~ Depending on the day and time of year, the farm can have bugs, mosquitos, geckos, spiders, etc. We guarantee that we never have an infestation of any kind --but we cannot prevent random visitors or control nature completely. Since mid-2022 we routinely spray in attempt to give you a mosquito free experience and we always have a quarterly pest treatment. We also have a free roaming dog on the farm and a couple of cats ~ 1 especially that likes to come and visit. Knowing yourself, is an outdoor experience what you want for your vacation? This is a tropical, mostly outdoor experience. If you want an indoor experience, this is not for you :-)
~ The entire farm respects quiet hours 9am-8am, with no music and only quiet conversations during these hours because no one closes their windows in Hawaii :-)
