Nerja town centre location, close to the beaches, restaurants, shops, tapas bars and great views. You’ll love my modern house because of its quiet position, but near to everything including Nerja's famous Balcon de Europa - you won't need a car if you rent our home - you might not even want to leave the garden :0)
The space
The semi-detached house was recently renovated and has new kitchen, bathrooms, wiring, plumbing etc and high speed fibre optic broadband. There is an en-suite shower room/wc for the master bedroom plus a family bathroom for the other two bedrooms. Downstairs there is a further cloakroom/wc. All the bedrooms have air con units for a comfortable nights sleep during the hot summer months and heating during the winter.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with electric oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Hot water is provided by solar panels with an electric backup, so there are no gas bottles to run out in the middle of your shower.
The lounge has a comfortable sofa and armchairs with Spanish & English TV and fibre optic internet.
The private front and rear gardens get sun all day during the summer months and there is plenty of shade under the covered terrace, which is ideal for al-fresco dining.
The private roof terrace has views over the town towards the sea and the mountains and is equipped with sun loungers and seating. The roof terrace gets sun all day all year round and is ideal for catching the winter sun.
Out of respect for our neighbours please keep noise to a minimum after midnight. Please note we have a strict "NO PARTY" policy - if you are looking for somewhere to hold a party and invite all your friends over please look elsewhere as this house isn't for you. Thank you for your understanding.
Guest access
You have exclusive use of the whole house, but the number of bedrooms we make available to you depends on the size of the group as follows:-
2 People - One bedroom (double or twin beds).
3-4 People Two bedrooms.
5-6 People Three bedrooms.
If you would like more bedrooms than our standard policy, please ask at the time of the booking and we can tell what the extra charges will be. These cover our additional cleaning, laundry and electricity costs. By limiting the number of bedrooms and bathrooms we have to prepare and clean for guests, we can keep our costs down for smaller parties. Please think of this as a discount for smaller groups. We find this flexible policy works well, allowing smaller groups to book a larger property than they would otherwise be able to.
Other things to note
Discounts are available for longer stays during the winter months, please ask (but please don't ask for a discount at other times or for short stays).
AUGUST
Please note that during July/August the house is only available for bookings for six people (fewer people can stay in the house, but the price is for six).
WHAT WE PROVIDE
The house is a self-catering holiday property and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We provide bed linen, pillows, towels (no beach towels) and kitchen and bathroom basic consumables (including toilet paper & soap). You will need to bring your own shampoo, body wash etc. We have a hairdryer and iron - if you need anything specific please ask if we have it - we can usually help if not.
Please note that if you are planning to use the kitchen a lot, you will need to be prepared to buy your own kitchen consumables if the basics provided run out, such as kitchen towels, washing up liquid and so on.
The barbecue in the garden is for guest use, but please note we don't provide charcoal (you can buy it at the shop over the road). We also ask that guests clean the barbecue after use.

PRICES
You can not bring more guests than you have booked for - please ask if you want to have extra guests in your party and we will amend the booking and price.
The price quoted includes electricity, broadband internet, air conditioning in the bedrooms (or heating outside of summer), cleaning etc.
REGISTERED HOLIDAY PROPERTY
Our property is fully legal and insured and is registered with the Junta de Andalucia regional government for holiday rentals. A contact phone number is provided for guests if they have any problems during their stay.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Check-in is at 4pm to give us time to clean and prepare the house for the new guests.
If you are arriving earlier, you can leave your bags, use the bathroom and collect the keys from 11am on and return later. Please ask at the time of booking.
Check-out for you and your luggage is 11am - please note we don't have luggage storage facilities. If you need a later checkout please ask at the time of booking. If you have a late flight please consider booking an extra night so you have use of the property right up until your taxi picks you up.
