Traditional Mediterranean 1+ bedroom apartment tastefully restored and completely remodeled with original red-oak hardwood and period hardware. This unique Arlington Ave. flat offers hospitality with beauty, charm and comfort. The house is tastefully furnished and has 1 bedroom, a large living room and a sunny bright study. The remodeled galley kitchen has tile counters, recessed lighting, 4 burner cook-top, under counter fridge and a garbage disposal. The cute eat-in kitchen is perfect for light meals . The bathroom has been recently remodeled and has new classic fixtures with new ceramic tile on the floors and walls. There are also a full size washer and dryer. New double pane windows throughout keep the house warm and quite.

The setting is private with many birds and trees for neighbors. There are shops with just about everything including a bakery, cafe, grocery store, hardware and gas station within walking distance a few blocks away. The AC transit bus stop on the corner that links to Bart provides good public transportation options.

Award winning public schools, exceptional police and fire protection and friendly small town feel are hallmarks of life here.

The location is quiet with lots of trees yet close to UCB and Solano Ave shops.

House Rules

We try to promote a relaxed friendly attitude, good for visiting professionals or scholars, full use of all amenities, respectful of other guests on the property. No smoking is permitted. Sorry also no pets to help maintain cleanliness and especially for persons with allergies. We respectfully ask that you not wear street shoes in the house for the same reason. Gaby is originally from Moquegua, Peru, she loves the outdoors and has a passion for gardening and loves animals.
