We try to promote a relaxed friendly attitude, good for visiting professionals or scholars, full use of all amenities, respectful of other guests on the property. No smoking is permitted. Sorry also no pets to help maintain cleanliness and especially for persons with allergies. We respectfully ask that you not wear street shoes in the house for the same reason. Gawain is from Berkeley, California and he doesn't surf but he's a builder who likes to travel and cook for friends. Gaby is originally from Moquegua, Peru, she loves the outdoors and has a passion for gardening and loves animals. They got married and set up house in Arequipa where you can visit and enjoy a relaxing and interesting home stay.
