Comfy bed for better sleep

The room-darkening shades and extra bedding are loved by guests.
I've taken my two end bedrooms (450sq feet) and turned the space into an efficiency apartment with a cottage feel. The space has it's own entrance, bath, bedroom, pantry area, livingroom space and full kitchen. Nestled in a quiet and friendly older neighborhood-great for walking. 3.6 miles from downtown Hendersonville, 7.5 mi. to AVL airport, 30 miles to Tryon Equestrian Center. One King bed, one daybed (twin mattress). Two cats and one tiny dog live on premises but not allowed in this space.

The space
Coffee and tea provided in this private space. You will have your own bath. A noise cancelling fan, ceiling fan, iron and a large closet is available. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, towels and miscellaneous personal hygiene essentials. Full kitchen: microwave, dishes, utensils, pots and pans/baking dishes, glasses/cups, blender, food processor, toaster, wine glasses, spices, silverware and dish towels

Guest access
Outside table and chairs, grill and fire pit are all available for use. A garbage can can be found to the right of the stairs going up.

Other things to note
I'm on a septic so please don't put wipes, pads, tampons, paper towels etc. down the toilet. Please let all people in your party know this.

Neighborhood highlights

I live in a neighborhood that was started in the last 50's and the place to live in Hendersonville at the time. The community has been kept up well and is currently transitioning into a nice mix of original elders, their children to young families. People are very friendly and helpful.

I love hiking, kayaking, gardening and paddle boarding in these beautiful mountains of WNC. My favorite music is Dixieland Jazz because my dad was a musician but it's ALL good. I like to be creative by building things and doing nature art. I've built all of the built-ins you see in the pictures as well as some of the furniture. I enjoy traveling and experiencing different cultures away from tourist attractions
