Located near everything Downtown Tucson has to offer, this loft space provides free off-street parking, a cozy living room, a kitchen, a small bathroom, and a ladder to the sleeping loft. The sleeping loft has 1 queen bed and plenty of light.
The space
The Herbert Apartment/Loft is perfectly located in the heart of downtown, just a short walk from excellent coffee shops, local restaurants, and vibrant nightlife.
The building features four units, all with the same layout.
You’ll be staying in the southeast unit #2, which includes a small private outdoor space. Upon entering, you’ll find a cozy living area along with a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is located on the first floor and includes a shower, sink, and toilet. Please note that the bathroom is compact.
A ladder leads to the second-floor loft, where you’ll find a comfortable queen bed and plenty of windows that bring in great natural light. Please be aware that the ladder may not be suitable for all guests.

Other things to note
The unit has a very steep staircase to the second-floor sleeping loft. This apartment is probably not suitable for those with small children or anyone who might have difficulty climbing steep stairs.
The bathroom is quite small in size and not suited for more than one person at a time.
We pride ourselves on cleanliness and are taking great care to clean/disinfect all high touch surfaces.
Please note that we do not offer WiFi and there is not a TV in the unit.
