The space
The apartment (90 square meters) above Dortmund's rooftops is located right on the Schwanenwall. Trees in front of the house and a parking lot curb the city noise. You can enjoy a beautiful view from our long roof terrace. Bright rooms, parquet floors and quiet neighbors make the apartment in the heart of Dortmund my dream apartment. The pedestrian zone starts across the street. Ostwallmuseum, Kaiserviertel, Schauspielhaus, Hauptbahnhof or Thiergalerie are all within walking distance in 10 minutes at most.

In order to keep the CO2 balance of the apartment as low as possible, green electricity from hydropower is used. The natural gas used for heating is CO2 neutral with us (climate protection projects are supported).
