Swimming pool (seasonal), tennis/basketball courts, 3.5 acres, steps to beach. 5 bedrms on 2nd flr, each with private bath. 1st floor bedroom with bath, 2 more baths, modern kitchen. Three king beds, also queen and full beds in house. Whirlpool tub overlooks ocean.

The space
Sleeps 14 comfortably. Several couches, mattresses in closets, and fold out cots allow up to 6 more adults overnight.

Full access to entire estate - tennis court, swimming pool (in season), acres of oceanfront land.
