THIS IS NOT A HOTEL BUT IT IS MY HOUSE!
TAKE CARE OF IT!
In the same street of my apartment there are 2 bus stops 47 and 74 that will take you in 10 minutes in the center of Milan
The apartment was perfect for what we needed. Downside, it is a little out of the centre of Milan. Not too far, but as we were only there for one day we spent much time getting to and from the apartment. Also we had trouble with our arrival as there was a taxi strike. Carlo was not great with communication when we really needed it - at 12.30am! It may have just been language barrier, but the caretaker was wonderful letting us in at 1am! Overall, great stay
Jessica told to arrive at 23.30 and instead arrived at 1am. I wrote her 5 messages but she never responded. I had to ask a great pleasure to the caretaker of my building to stay awake until '1 am. Should know that airbnb is not a hotel with reception 24h. also it is not my fault if you do not read the guide of my holiday apartment, because 50mt from my apartment there are 2 buses that take you downtown in 10 minutes.
It was a cosy and nicely furnished apartment with all the things you need for short or long stay. It has fully equipped kitchen, nice toilet with dressing table, wardrobe, comfy bed, and nice warm shower room. It was a bit out of the city center-minimum 20-25min to get to city center. We took some time to figure out which was the best way to get back to the apartment. Carlo was nice to let us check in earlier due to our early arrival. We like staying in Carlo's place. Highly recommended.
Carlo's appartment was clean and comfortable. Plenty of space and equipment to do some cooking. A little bit outside the main interest areas of the city, but there are a few transport options nearby. We didn't meet Carlo, but were greeted and shown around by his friend. Carlo was happy to provide recommendations and suggestions, but was perhaps a little slow to reply at times. Good place to stay when visitting Milan
We had a lovely experience staying at Carlo's flat! It was clean and comfortable, and fairly conveniently located with public transportation within easy reach. In a nice neighborhood and about 20 minutes away from the city centre. Would recommend staying here, thanks!
we didnt manage to meet carlo but his apartment was beautiful and really very cosy. it had everything that we needed and we almost didn't want to step out of the house everyday. the location is ok but you need to take a bus to main station then change to a tram to go to most of the places of attraction so its a little troublesome but the place is not hard to find. :) overall, I would recommend the place if traveling is not an issue.
