If your rental includes 3 bedrooms, you have access to the entire upper level of the home as well as the backyard and sides of the property including all walking trails If you would like access to the 4th bedroom you will also have access to the downstairs connected studio apartment. which includes a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, private bathroom with shower, living room area with 60inch SMART TV plus a private gated lounge area and porch swing There's enough space for up to 4 vehicles on the property.
Whether your rental includes 3 bedrooms or the additional 4th bedroom (studio apartment), when you rent the Hendrix House, you will not share the property with any other guests. You will have complete privacy.
