Our ★Penthouse★ unit, beachfront on Rincón's top beach "Sandy Beach," features a private roof deck with gazebo that's perfect for sunning, lounging, grilling and dining.

A/C throughout, fully stocked kitchen, high quality linens, fast WiFi (Starlink), beach chairs, cooler.

The space
NOTES: There is a small/tight spiral staircase to reach the rooftop. The pool size is detailed in the description of the pool photos. The second bedroom can be configured as two twins or pushed together as a (quasi)king bed.

Other things to note
A big generator, large capacity water cistern, and Starlink satellite internet keeps life uninterrupted even in times of a utility failure.

All televisions are internet-connected via a Roku device, enabling you to stream your favorite channels *** bring your own streaming subscriptions ***. There is no cable service.

We are located on the 4th floor. The building is equipped with an elevator, but it is occasionally shut down for maintenance. If you are unable to use the stairs, if necessary, please do not rent this listing.
