VILLA DILETTA, is an independent building consisting of two completely independent apartments.
The apartment BLUE, on the first floor, accessed by external wooden stairs, is characterized by the typical Arab dome, built with the Egyptian handicrafts, and consists of a beautiful veranda overlooking the Nile, with 2 sun beds, a small table and chairs to have breakfast outside, all in the palm fiber, and half the balcony, a large tent in a woven palm leaves. A fully equipped kitchen, a double room (to which you can apply to add a cot), and a bathroom with shower and hot water. Air conditioning, heating, laundry, iron and ironing board, Internet and satellite TV are present and functioning. clean and friendly environment. The house is owned by an Italian lady's property, and therefore is equipped with everything you may need a tourist, and the villa has an aesthetic flavor of Italian style and the Arabic, with a wonderful, lush garden. It is managed locally by Mohammed, an Egyptian guy, honest, trustworthy, kind and peaceful, who speaks English. Guests have a single entrance, which is that of an iron gate, which leads into the garden, completely enclosed by a high wall. From there, guests who have chosen the Blue apartment will go upstairs to the first floor. Guests who have chosen the Rosa apartment will cross the garden and enter the ground floor.

Villa Diletta is a small villa with 2 floors, in Arabic / Italian style, situated 30 meters from the Nile River in the West Bank of Luxor, in the Valley of the Kings.
From the Nile aboard can make use of motor boats that cross the river in 5 minutes service to take you to East Bank, on less than one euro, and at every moment of the day, including evenings. Or there's a municipal ferry, even less expensive, but with predefined times.
The structure is as the crow flies, exactly opposite the Winter Palace Hotel, separated only by the Nile.
The property is about 300 meters from a number of restaurants on board the Nile, within walking distance.
At 30 meters there is a small market, where they can provide fast, and at 500 meters, you can find some big market, and provided.
