Some info has been automatically translated.
The house is located at the bottom end of Old Bakery Street and close to the main road circling Valletta. St Nickolas Street runs from one side of Valletta to the other. No 90 is close to the beach, 2 minutes .

Valletta the Capital of Malta is a very busy city with workers and tourists visiting so could be noisy with traffic

The space
The house is a double fronted house, set on two levels and a basement. Each room has a window and therefore is very bright and airy. The house has recently been fully renovated and all old features were retained outside and inside has been renovated to reflect modern comfort and living with the odd antique thrown in.

The house has access from the road and on entering you will find a glass floor showing you the basement area with its art work and lighting and then the sitting room is to your left, and a very comfortable area to watch TV or chat. To the right is a very modern, fully equipped kitchen / diner, fridge/ freezer, oven, separate microwave and grill, dishwasher and gas hob

In the basement there is also a utility room /washing machine and tumble dryer which is available.

The first floor comprises of the Main Bedroom, walk in wardrobe and the main shower room. Off the main bedroom is a balcony where you can watch the world go by. There is also a restricted view of Fort St Elmo and also a view of MIDI point- a multi million Euro complex.

Ceiling fans are found in most rooms and A/C and heating in the main bedroom.

WIFI is accessible all through out the house

Guest access
The House is located about 8 to 10 minute walk from the main square and hub of restaurants and cafes.

Valletta being the capital city has a congestion charge for cars coming into the city so if you are to hire a car make sure you ask the Car Hire company on how this works. Parking is limited and Hire cars can park on White boxes any time of the day or Night on a Blue boxes you can park from 7AM to 7 PM only and you are not allowed to park on the green boxes as this allocated to residence only.

Other things to note
Opposite the house there is a great cafe called Sally Port that does good coffee breakfast and pizza and is opened most days other than on a Monday.

Very Close to the house is a Super Market that sells most of the essentials you will require.

I normally leave two bottles of Water and there is also complimentary instant coffee and Tea for your convenience.
