The space
Surrounded by 100 year old Cypress and Oaks, our guest house is a cozy and private, 500 sqft paradise nestled on the Hillsborough River, a jewel of Tampa. Enjoy an updated, detached apartment with an open floor plan and modern accommodations. The kitchen offers a full sized refrigerator, 4 burner cooktop, microwave and toaster oven along with a Keurig, all kinds of coffee and an assortment of teas. The main living area is perfect for unwinding and enjoying the river. The bedroom features a Serta iComfort queen mattress, crisp white linens, dual reading lamps and a rack for hanging clothes. We provide an ironing board with iron as well. In the oversized bathroom you will discover fluffy towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash for the shower. Sip your coffee or a cocktail on the screened in porch and take up hammocking while you listen to the sounds of nature. Keep an eye out for wildlife such as turtles, manatees, dolphins, fish, alligators and birds of all kinds. Just a few steps and you will land on a floating dock if you want to get up close and personal with the 20,000 year old River that feeds into the Gulf. 3 seater Canoe and 2 Kayaks available for complimentary use. We will text you keyless entry the morning of your reservation. Street Parking with Driveway option upon request. There is a Private double gated entrance, shared backyard with open access to the river. Come and go as you please.

We live on the property in a separate house and work from home and are available if you need anything at all. We love our neighborhood and are happy to share all of the exciting stuff that surrounds us.

Just a hop skip and a jump from i275 makes getting around is a cinch! Breweries, restaurants, parks, and shops are within minutes. Downtown, Zoo Tampa, Busch Gardens, Sparkmans Wharf, Armature Works and Historic Ybor City are also closeby. Just 15 minutes from Tampa International Airport. Nestled in on a tree lined street in NE Seminole Height's RiverBend subdivision. Sidewalks meander throughout the entire neighborhood and make it a great place to walk, or run to any one of the 4 pocket parks along the river.

Uber and Lyft are usually just a few minutes away no matter what time or day. Street Parking with driveway option available upon request.
