Bedroom #1 includes 2 twin size beds and a smart TV.
Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, deck access, and ensuite bathroom with an oversized single vanity and shower/tub combo.
The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• Pet Policy: Bringing a dog? We’re dog-friendly (up to 30 lbs or less allowed). A $125 pet fee per stay will be applied. A maximum of 2 pets can be brought to the unit. To avoid fines please make sure your pet is on a leash and you pick up after your pet.
• THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAID and must be paid separately. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles. Parking pass is required and will be located in unit upon arrival.
• This is a main level, walk-in unit – no stairs required.
• This property has access to the indoor pool which is open all year round. The outdoor pool and the hot tub by the outdoor pool is seasonally open
• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
