This Falmouth Heights Home is a classic Cape Cod ocean front home. It boasts spectacular views of Falmouth Heights Beach and the island of Martha's Vineyard. One mile from downtown and walking distance to bars and restaurants!

The space
The first floor has a nice open floor plan that includes a sunny indoor porch, a large fireplaced living room, dining room, large kitchen and a furnished outdoor porch. The second floor has five bedrooms, a full bath with laundry and a half bath. The third floor is a nice carpeted room with sky light windows for extra sleeping space or quiet get away and another full bath. The small fenced back yard provides a private outdoor shower and a furnished patio with gas grill.

Relax and enjoy the beach just steps from the front door A short walk will bring you to pub fare at The British Beer Company or fine dining at The Wharf Restaurant. The Island Queen ferry to Martha's Vineyard is within walking distance and the shops and restaurants of Falmouth Village are just a short distance away.

Other things to note
This home is available on a weekly basis. The in season rentals begin June 26 through Sept. 10. In season price is $5700.00 per week. Off season rates range from $2700.00 to $3700.00 per week.
