Ready for long stays, this pet-friendly, 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home has plenty of backyard acreage. Each bedroom has a comfy queen-sized bed and real hardwood flooring. It sits right off the man road and has potential for traffic noise. Bedrooms are equipped with a white noise machine, fans and black out curtains. The home's convenient location provides quick access to I-65. Bardstown (16 mi/20 min drive), Elizabethown (20 mi/25min drive) & Louisville (20-30 min drive).

The space
The home has 2 bedrooms with queen-sized beds in each room. Rooms have nightstands, lamps, sound machine, a chair and a dresser. There is an OPEN closet that joins the two bedrooms. Closets have extra pillows and blankets.
There is a full bathroom with a shower tub. Extra towels and wash rags are provided on the shelves by the sink. Shampoo, conditioner & body wash are also provided.
The living room features a comfy sectional couch and a large 55" smart TV where you can log in to your personal streaming apps.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all your baking and cooking needs. Please note there is NOT a dishwasher and the refrigerator is a slightly smaller model to accommodate the limited space.
A large capacity washer and dryer are located in the kitchen space and laundry detergent and dryer sheets are provided.
The large backyard has plenty of acreage and flat space for your pets to roam, to set up corn hole boards, or for your kids to run around.
The driveway is a gravel lot and is adjoined to a storage office, giving plenty of parking space for up to 4 vehicles or parking for a camper/RV/trailer!

Guest access
Guests will be given a 4-digit access code 2 days prior to arrival. The 4-digit code will work on the electronic keypad that is located on the main entrance coming from the driveway.

Other things to note
Please take note of the proximity of the house to the main road. There is also a fire house directly across the street.
