Modern loft very bright, calm with view of the mountains, possible to host up to 4 people, perfectly located in downtown Grenoble, a 15 mn walk from the train station and the historical center, in a lively area, commercially shrewd.
Recently renewed and elegantly decorated, with wooden floors, earth walls and high ceilings, this 40m2 apartment is on the 3rd floor of an old Haussmann-style building (no elevator).
The apartment is very bright, with a beautiful view of the mountains.
Even if it is in the heart of Grenoble, all rooms are very quiet and protected from the city noise, because one side faces the courtyard and the other side a little street.
Ideal for a couple or one person, but it is possible to host up to 4 people as the apartment is composed of one bedroom with one double bed, a living room with a convertible sofa, which opens up to a dining room and kitchen, and a bathroom.
The shower has a wall made of glass bricks, and the sleeping room is separated from the rest of the apartment by a huge bay window and thick curtains for privacy.
The guests will be able to take advantage of all the comforts and facilities of the apartment (hifi, WIFI, washing machine).
The guests will have access to everything in the flat (Hi-Fi, washing machine, cooking stuffs.. ).
Interaction with Guests
I will meet you when I'll give you the keys and to get them back.
I will not be there during your stay.
Perfectly located in downtown Grenoble, a 15 mn walk from the train station, the historical center and the great park Paul Mistral, the Championnet area is a lively place full of restaurants, boulangeries, a farmer's market, shops, art galleries and cinemas. Only 30 meters away is the mall Caserne de Bonne, the biggest ecological district of France, where you can find a very nice park and lots of shops.
A a 15 mn walk from the train station, the historical center and the great park Paul Mistral.
A bus stop is located at the corner of my street, and there are tramway stops a 5 minute walk away.
You can park a car in the streets around; it's paying by day and free by night.
For those who want to rent a bicycle, you can do it directly from the train station with "Metrovelo". 3 € / day or 20 € / month, open from 9am to 12 pm, then from 2pm to 7 pm on weekends, and from 7am to 8pm the rest of the week.
The flat is always given clean : sheets and towels clean, toilet disinfected, floor cleaned with vacuum cleaner and kitchen clean. So before leaving, please plan around 20 minutes to let the flat in the same condition : clean and disinfect the toilet, remove the sheets and towels clean and put them in the washing machine, hoover, clean the kitchen and throw the trashcan. Thanks, it will avoid to charge the housework fees!
Little and clean pets are allowed, the others no!
You can smoke in my apartment, opening a window or airing afterwords.
Please leave your shoes at the entrance when it's raining.
In case of a journey longer than 1 week, thanks to clean every 10 days the filter from the shower drain hole, to avoid plugging.
Feel free to use my food and drinks, but replace them before leaving.
Discretion during the night is of course necessary for respect for the neighbors.
Have a nice staying!
Great Host, amazing Experience!
Antoine went above and beyond, the communication was excellent and even made it possible for us to ski by offering us skiing clothes.
I am renting out flats on airbnb for five years and use the platform since the beginning, staying with Antoine is what airbnb is all about.
Highly Recommendable! Thanks Antoine.
Antoine met us when we arrived and kindly showed us through the apartment. The apartment was a good size, warm, and clean.
Antoine was kind enough to lend us his ski clothes - so we had a day in the snow at Alpe d'Huez! We were also fortunate enough to stay another night with Antoine after our travel plans changed.
Although the apartment was three flights up (no lift), the apartment was worth getting to!
Thanks so much Antoine! Much appreciated.
Super appart.
Antoine's flat is very charming and very well located - walking distance from the train station and city center. Antoine was very helpful. Highly recommended.
