You and your family will be close to the finest and simplest restaurants, the beach, entertainment, and within minutes of the best nightclubs and shopping centers. We are in a gated community with 24 hour security, public transport out front, and secure parking and a green area across the street for picnics and pets!

The nearest beach is less than a 2 minute walk from your front door! While at home, you can relax in the video lounge with a 43” Smart TV, or chill on one of the 2 sun beds, or in a magnificent hammock in the front or rear gardens, or on the rooftop terrace and tikki bar! Air conditioning and wifi throughout, and enough towels to feel like a movie star on holidays!

Time to take a break from the sun? Casa Cebra is in a relaxed neighbourhood close to a waterpark and arqueological site, an ideal place to spend quality moments of fun and laughter!

The house is yours! Do not hesitate to contact us, we address any issue promptly!. In partnership with an adventure tour & activity group, we also offer you magical experiences to enhance your stay & better discover our beautiful area.

We supply a water dispenser before you arrive, but do let us know if you run out of water or other necessities. We offer to clean up the space and change linens on a weekly basis for those longer term guests.

Access is secure through the guarded gate into the community, and you shall have a key to the gate and front door of the property. The wifi password and network are clearly indicated by the kitchen wall and are accesible throughout!

We are pet friendly and we charge 10 USD per night for your pet!

Long term rentals include all standard costs such as wifi, water & electricity. If consumption and charges exceed normal monthly & bi monthly standard usage, you agree to pay an additional fee to cover the difference.

We offer airport transfers in a late model Grand Cherokee Limited. Any other support service may be available upon request.

The private park across the street is a tranquil haven as is the seaside garden and archaeological sight a half mile away. The beach is in front of the gated community, a very short walk away. The Kiosco Verde, Bistro Mx & Puerto Xtabay restaurants are marvelous venues with exceptional seafood & service, a short stroll from Casa Cebra. There are local shops offering whatever fills your smile including a local brewery or ice for your drinks :)

The private park across the street is a tranquil haven as is the seaside garden and archaeological site a half mile away. The beach is in front of the gated community and offers excellent fresh seafood cuisine at local prices served attentively by Javier and his crew at La Palapa. The Mar Bella restaurant only 45 metres away has the best seaside terrace and menu in Cancun and is only a few steps from the entryway, offering a step up in service and a small shop down below for whatever fills your smile including ice for your drinks :) It is a cosmopolitan barrio with a Mexican flavour, all prices are local and every body still says hello as you meet on the street, or on the beach as the fishermen bring their fresh catch in every morning ... sunrises here are a delight :)
