Really lovely apartment right in centre of St Petersburg - absolutely huge place, with high ceilings and mezzanine levels. Igor and Regina were very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay!
Only issue was that bathroom ceiling leaked occasionally (we think from shower in apartment above) - didn't really bother us though.
We had an excellent time in Igor and Regina's apartment. The apartment is beautiful and very unique. It does get a bit hot in the evening in the loft beds but you can open the windows. About a 10 min walk to Nevsky Prospect. Elena, who met us with the keys was super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended overall! Thank you!
regina was very helpful for us. we liked the house.
We loved the apartment, which was spacious, modern, and perfectly located. Regina and Igor were very easy to deal with in terms of confirming the reservation, meeting us with the keys, etc. Definitely hope to stay here again one of these (website hidden). Petersburg is a beautiful city and one visit just isn't enough to see and experience everything it has to offer.
This apartment is very centrally located on a quiet street. Our hostess Regina was wonderfully helpful.
We were 4 friends spending a week in St. Petersburg. We had a great time, the couple had a room for theirselves and there were 2 extra beds in the other room. The couple renting the apartment, Igor and Regina, are very friendly and helpful. I was able to leave my bag even though new guest were coming. I fully recommend the apartment - it's also close to all side and the metro.
We had a very pleasant stay. At first, there were some troubles finding the apartment, since it is on a side street of Bolshaya Morskaya (!), but once arrived, we were very happy to stay for three nights in this nice apartment in the center of the city.
The apartment has all the necessities for a convenient stay; adequate kitchen, clean bathroom, Wi-Fi and so on. As four students, we can recommend this!
Nice and comfortable apartment .The apartment is located in a perfect position, close to St Isaac Cathedral and the Hermitage museum. Igor and Regina helped us in all of us request very quickly. If we will come again in Saint Petersburg we will choose this apartment again!
I could not have made a better choice of accomodations. Perfectly located and very comfortable, I would definitely stay there again should I return to Petersburg.
Location was ok, 15 minute walk from the Hermitage and metro.
The apartment was nice, with old world charm, however the wifi was not intermittent at times.
We booked this property about a month prior, and it would have been nice for Igor and Ragina to let us know they would be away and their son would be in charge.
Unfortunately their son was unable to provide clear instructions on how to get from the McDonalds near the metro to the apartment, nor the closest supermarket.
Here are some instructions that may help other guests travelling on the Metro.
Exit the metro and turn right, walk to the '+' intersection (1.5min - with Mc Donald's on your left) turn right (into Большая Морская улица / Bol'shaya Morskaya Ulitsa) and walk 2 blocks ( 11min).
You will then arrive at Isaac's Square (right hand side with the cathedral behind) cross the two intersections and continue walking another 4 minutes in the same direction. The apartment is in the green building on your tight at the '+' intersection. Total walking time approximately 15 minutes.
This is the final rate, including any fees from the host and Airbnb.
