The house features three bedrooms with ample closet space, a designated workspace in one bedroom, a bathroom with a shower/tub, separate living and kitchen areas, a laundry area, hardwood floors, a front screened patio with seating and a dining table, a back deck with dining table seating and a grill, and a fully fenced backyard.

Guest will have access to the entire house and backyard.
