Comfy bed for better sleep

The room-darkening shades and extra bedding are loved by guests.
A comfortable cabin in a national forest resting between the banks of the Yakima River and two small ponds. Come fish in the river or swim in the pond. Enjoy lazy days of watching the hummingbirds & nights around the campfire. Lots of activities available nearby: hiking, hunting, ATV trails, cross country skiing and snowmobiling.
Great location for a family getaway any time of year!

*Note- No parties nor additional guests above the max of 8.*
*The 3rd bedroom is in the separate bunkhouse.*

The space
There are three buildings included in this rental-- the main cabin, the bunkhouse and the shower house.:
*The main cabin has one large room with living room, full kitchen and dining room. The living room has a sofa and a queen-sized air mattress. There is also a master bedroom with a king-size bed and lots of closet space and washer/dryer. The small bedroom has a queen-sized bed. There is one bathroom with shower connected by doors to both the master bedroom and kitchen area.
The main cabin has a Roku in both living room and master bedroom (with Disney+, Hulu, Netflix, HBOMax & ESPN+) and PS4 for your entertainment. The kitchen includes pots, utensils/glasses/plates/cups (for 8), gas stove, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, slow cooker, Hamilton Brew-Master, Keurig coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle.
*The bunkhouse has one bunk-bed with twin size mattress on top and full size mattress below. The bunkhouse has a TV/DVD combo to use for watching DVD's (no regular TV signal or Wifi here).
*The shower house has a bathroom with shower as well as additional refrigerator and laundry machines.
*We have Starlink satellite internet that is very high speed and no data limits.
*Cell service is good! AT&T & Verizon will usually get between 3-4 bars in cell connection.

Although pets are not allowed inside the house, they ARE allowed on the property & we have a large outdoor kennel and dog run. See the pics.

There is a deck surrounding the entire cabin and a "warming hut" gazebo with a wood fireplace behind the cabin. There are also fire-pits and picnic tables around the property.

**Unfortunately we do NOT store firewood on site, so you'll have to bring your own. Most supermarkets sell bunches of firewood fairly cheap. Also, you can usually expect a burn ban in our area during the months of July thru Sept, so no outdoor fires will be possible at that time, I'm afraid.**

The pond beside the cabin can be used for swimming. We also have some inflatable tubes for your use. (All to be used at your own risk.)

(NOTE-- much of the outdoor areas are NOT accessible during the winter season due to snow.)

Guest access
All spaces noted above.

Other things to note
The road leading into the cabin is a dirt & gravel road and can be bumpy at times, snow-packed in winter (have AWD or good traction tires) and very dusty during summer. Speeds should be kept to 25 mph or less.

Neighborhood highlights

We are just 2 miles down the road from the Cabin Creek Sno-Park and Nordic Ski Area.

We are located on a National Forest Service road in the Wenatchee National Forest (DON'T TRY TO USE GPS TO FIND US!) Very few neighbors out here besides the black-tailed deer, elk, wild turkeys, grouse, squirrels, barn swallows and hummingbirds -- all of whom make their presence known from time to time.

There are many ATV, dirt bike and snowmobile trails in the area around us. Lots of places to play!
