Winter note: The building dates to the 1880s. Original windows add character but let in drafts — space heaters are provided in every room. Pack layers if visiting Nov–Mar.

No elevator — the loft is on the second floor, accessed by stairs.

Old Saint Vincent HOA: Quiet hours 10pm–8am. No smoking anywhere on the property. No pets.

Altitude: Leadville sits at 10,152 feet. Some guests experience dizziness or headaches the first day — hydrate, take it easy, and consider travel insurance. We're unable to offer refunds for altitude-related issues.

The building is a converted 1880s hospital — that's part of the charm. Original wood floors may creak, and you may hear neighbors occasionally. Light sleepers: bring earplugs just in case.
