Upon entering the condo you will be greeted by serene sea inspired colors, and a bright kitchen boasting granite countertops and all the comforts of home, so that you can prepare to cook up a delicious Gulf Coast Meal. As you move off into the dining room you will have plenty of seating for family meals or board games. In the living room you'll find where indoor comfort blends seamlessly with outdoor beauty.

Including an indoor/outdoor pool, lap pool, gulf front pool, hot tub, and beach from Tiki Bar serving food and cocktails.
Looking for more to do book one of the beach excursions directly out front on the beach or fit the dining cafe for a midafternoon snack, The resort has a fitness center, a steam room and a sauna for your relaxation. The kids have an opportunity to play in the arcade located off of the cafe, or enjoy one of the kiddie pools, near the Gas grill area for those nights that you want to kick back and BBQ.
Our Beach Inspired vacation home Sleeps 6 comfortably, with room for everyone. Both bedrooms have a King Bed with delightful linens, and pillows for a great night slumber, feel like sleeping in no worries, draw the back out curtains and sleep like a King. The Master Bedroom has an on-suite bathroom, and gulf front balcony access! Our second bedroom has an additional twin bunk above the Master bed for more sleeping accommodations, as well as the Queen-sized sofa sleeper in our living room. ~ Full sized Washer and dryer located in the second Guest bathroom as well.
At the end of your fun filled beach day; you can step out onto your personal balcony, a perfect setting to unwind, and watch the dolphins at play!! The Pelican Seaside is a space the entire family can enjoy!

Upon arrival, you will check in with the front desk. They will provide you with your 2 parking permits and wristbands. Wristbands must be worn at all times while onsite. **a charge of $25 will be assessed for Lost Wristbands**
