Superhartelijke ontvangst door Pavle, Zorka en Vlado(Thank you for giving us such a warm and personal welcome)!
( Thank for the advice Vlado)
This is a really lovely old house, indeed lovingly restored with much care by Pavle. We do recommend staying here. There is a charming garden, beehives, cats and a little dog next door who loves and needs a pat. We enjoyed the honey brandy shared with our friendly hosts.
The stone house is just as described and was the perfect getaway from the city. I made dinners using vegetables from the garden and learned all about the vineyard on the property.
The mountain bike was incredible -- I explored the lake and saw some of the best views I've ever seen.
Our three night stay at the Stonehouse was fabulous! The hosts made us feel extremely welcome and treated us to local produce including meats, cheese and honey brandy. We were also free to harvest anything we wanted from their impressive vegetable garden.
The location is fantastic, very tucked away and secluded and great for visting Lake Skadar and beyond to the coast.
We would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Montengro and you want something off the beaten track. All in all a brilliant break in rural Rvasi!

We had the most wonderful time at Angelika's beautiful home.
Angelika and the rest of her family gave us an amazingly warm welcome. After a tour of the house and the wonderful garden and farm she offered us a shot (or 3) of the delicious home brewed honey brandy. She answered all our questions, gave us local recommendations and a couple of maps. She also told us to feel free to take whatever we wanted from the garden to eat for dinner. Truly the warmest, most inviting welcome I have every experienced through air bnb.
The house itself was wonderful. A well stocked kitchen that we were invited to utilise, a large lounge and beautiful bedroom. The best bit for me though was the setting - very rural and off the beaten track (as most of Montenegro feels). The garden was an idyll and I loved sitting on the terrace in the evening listening to the wildlife.
The local area was again brilliant. We had a great time exploring Lake Skadar and saw some of the most jaw-dropping scenery I have ever experienced.
I really can't enough enough good things about Angelika and the experience of staying at her house. I can't wait to return.
We had an amazing stay. The house is beautiful and the garden surrunding it is even better. Everything was completly clean. And with the hosts we had a grat time. We are looking forward to come back to this nice place on earth....

About the Host, Angelika
For several years we renovated the old family house in a village next to Lake Skadar and now its finished, almost, like with any old house...We love the house and the tranquil atmosphere of the village - especially after a long day in office.
