Our three night stay at the Stonehouse was fabulous! The hosts made us feel extremely welcome and treated us to local produce including meats, cheese and honey brandy. We were also free to harvest anything we wanted from their impressive vegetable garden.
The location is fantastic, very tucked away and secluded and great for visting Lake Skadar and beyond to the coast.
We would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Montengro and you want something off the beaten track. All in all a brilliant break in rural Rvasi!

We had an amazing stay. The house is beautiful and the garden surrunding it is even better. Everything was completly clean. And with the hosts we had a grat time. We are looking forward to come back to this nice place on earth....
WOW! What an incredible escape. Beyond the amazing stone cottage, proximity to some of the most beautiful natural scenery and quant villages, it was the warm wlecome from Angelika's amazing family that lingers on this trip. Brandy, wine, cheese, cured meat, big smiles and a fount of local knowledge made for a truly wonderful introduction to Montenegran culture. Thank you so much.
This is a really wonderful place to stay. A lot of love and attention has gone into renovating the house and it really shines through. We were also made to feel so welcome by the family and really enjoyed the tour of the farm, alongside sampling some of the tasty produce. It's also a great base for a family, as there was lots to explore on the farm for our toddler, whilst being very well positioned for trips to Lake Skadar. We'd very much like to go back at some point in the future.
We arrived very tired after an early start. The welcome was wonderful, we were shown around the farm in the beautiful autumn sun, and sat by the still drinking homemade raki and eating mountain cheese. The house is lovely and the warmth and generosity of Vlad's the family outstanding. We had honey from the hives, wine, cheese and ham, veggies and fresh herbs from the garden. The most generous hosts we have experienced so far on airbnb. A great introduction to Montenegro! I've been many times, before but never experienced such a welcome.
We really appreciated the bicycles being and had a fabulous cycle ride around the spectacular lake Skadar. The house is pretty close to the airport and makes a great stopping off point.
As noted in pretty much every other review, the hosts were fantastic. Very welcoming and went out of their way to help us.
We drank quite a bit of the local produce as made by Pavle - very tasty!
The house itself was lovely. Big rooms and a very comfy bed.
Lake Skadar is stunning. We had a 2 hour boat trip on a lovely sunny day and saw plenty of herons, pelicans and king fishers. Local fish (trout and carp) were very tasty.

About the Host, Angelika
For several years we renovated the old family house in a village next to Lake Skadar and now its finished, almost, like with any old house...We love the house and the tranquil atmosphere of the village - especially after a long day in office.
