Living room with fireplace, reading room, 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms (one bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located in the attached dependance). We can add two folding baby cots. Large fully equipped kitchen.

400 sq meters spotless Villa with 40.000 sq meters park, completely enclosed. Electric gate and parking inside the property. Alarm.

Reading room, living room with fireplace, TV Room, elegant dining room, large kitchen, service toilet.
One double bedroom with private bathroom and a small kitchen in the attached dependance.

EXTERIOR: Terrace with dining table, pergola with another dining area, veranda with external living area, barbecue and wood oven for pizza. In the garden you will find a small wood house with shower for the pool service.

A small toy house for children, a ping pong table and italian table football will be at your disposal. In the park, an area is dedicated to football.

The hills near Fiesole have been admired for their natural beauty since the Etruscan times.
Many artists were born here and other ones came to visit the natural elegance of these tuscan hills with olive trees, cypress trees and wild woods. between them I wish to remember architect Frank Lloyd Wright that took several sketches of the Fiesole landscape as inspiration for his design. The great views from the villa will be a living painting for your eyes. The colors of the nature here is beautiful in all seasons.
In Fiesole we suggest you to visit the very famous Roman theatre and etruscan museum, where during summertime is held a beautiful music festival. The Primo Conti Foundation is another jewel we highly recommend. Located in a beautiful renaissance villa with stunning views, the house of Primo Conti, one of the best painters of early 1900, hosts a collection of the masterpieces of this maestro. Fiesole is a pleasant place where to have a walk. After consuming your energy, we recommend you to stop by "Bar Pasticceria Alcedo", open since the 1940s serves since then some unbelievable good cakes created with local genuine ingredients the cooking art handed down from father to son from generations. Try the "Torta della Nonna", the "Torta di frutta" or one of their pastries and you will soon get addicted. See our "guide" in the AirBNB page with more of our suggestions. As our staff is born in Fiesole and lives in Florence, you are invited to ask any question you may have to enjoy at best your stay in Fiesole, Firenze and all Tuscany.

During your stay

A person is in charge of the reservation, the communication with the clients before and during the stay, will fix an appointment for the check in and checkout and will offer telephone assistance during the stay. This person speaks italian, english and french. If necessary he will send technicians to the villa or will assist in person for any problem that cannot be solved over the phone. The gardner will access the villa during his working times, that will be communicated to the clients.
