elBulli1846 is opening its doors for a once-in-a-lifetime stay that blends art, history and culinary innovation.
Two guests will receive a welcome by the trailblazing chef and sleep in the former restaurant on a 'plated' bed, inspired by elBulli’s famed liquid olive.
The experience is designed to inspire, excite and celebrate the space that served as the creative launchpad for culinary innovation and the legend behind it all.
The space
elBulli1846 is set to welcome its first and unique overnight guests. Hosted by the master of gastronomic innovation, Ferran Adrià, guests will be able to sleep in elBulli1846, once occupied by the former restaurant, a mythical space with spectacular Mediterranean sea views, venerated by food lovers around the world.
Culinary buffs will have access to the culinary landmark, including private rooms such as the ‘shrine to Saint Stomak’ in the ‘Pantry Chapel’. Guests will have Dinner at one of Ferran’s favourite restaurants in the neighbouring seaside town of Roses.
After check-out, guests will also be treated to dinner at Enigma in Barcelona by chef Albert Adrià, brother to Ferran and the 2nd best chef in the world according to The Best Chef Awards.
The exclusive stay in elBulli1846 will be available for 1 night from 16-17 October 2024 and is suitable for two adults. It will cost €0 for the night.
Other things to note
Once you arrive and check-in, Ferran Adrià will meet and greet you. During your stay, one of Ferran’s on-site team members will be at hand to ensure you and your guest have everything you need.
All guests interested in booking the stay should note that:
- Due to the nature of the space, there are no shower facilities at elBulli1846. A personal care package will be provided to ensure your utmost comfort during the one-night stay.
- There are security cameras located on the property, strictly monitoring public and common spaces. Devices won’t monitor the sleeping area during the stay. There will be 24-hour security on site during the stay.
Booking Rules:
- In order to request to book this stay, guests must have an active Airbnb profile, agree to the Airbnb Terms of Service and acknowledge the Airbnb Privacy Policy, and have a good track record on the platform.
- Fellow guests must be at least 18+ years of age.
- All guests must be able to provide a government-issued ID.
- The booking guests must enter a complete message when submitting the request to book, letting the Host know, among other things, who will be joining them.
- Guests acknowledge Airbnb may conduct a review of public records.
- Airbnb and the Host reserve the right to reject a request to book if, in either’s discretion, it is believed the stay may have an adverse effect on Airbnb and/or the Host's business or reputation.
This one-night stay is not a contest. Guests are responsible for their own travel to and from Roses, just 20 minutes away from Cala Montjoi at Costa Brava, Spain.
